Bath and Shower Time
If your dry skin irritates easily then cut back on the amount of of time you take bath (some dermatologists suggest 3 minutes a day!). Avoid scratching for dry, irritated, itchy spots. Apply virgin coconut oil several times a day and avoid water from splashing on irritated areas. Dry skin is also prone to skin and other uncomfortable skin conditions. Enhance your diet with essential oils contained in raw organic butter, cod liver oil, Omega-3 eggs, coconut oil, and fresh cold-water fish.
